I can’t praise the service West London Gas provided more highly. After my boiler stopped working they agreed to come round at short notice and Leon was able to rapidly identify the problem, source the replacement part and fit it. After testing that all was well he then gave the boiler a much needed service. Though out the process Leon showed what he was doing and why and was very transparent about the (very reasonable) cost, so there were no nasty surprises at the end. I will 100% be using them again for all my boiler needs.
Company is very helpful, even on recent ‘hidden’problem with leak in the system, when its looks like not possible to identify it, but water goes to flat underneath mine.
Purchased a Worcester Bosche boiler as old, inherited Valiant broke down. Guys from West London gas booked me in very quickly and came around within a couple of days. Jonathan and Leon worked very quickly, tidily and efficiently. They came a 9am and the new boiler installed and commissioned by 2pm. (As well as a new rad which was leaking). Once the job was done, engineer gave me a demo of all I needed to know above future boiler adjustments (very few). I have nothing but praise for these guys. I would have no hesitation in recommending West London Gas to anyone.
